다운로드 받은 압축 파일을 해제하고 prometheus 실행

실행하면 아래와 같은 cmd창이 뜬다(Server is ready to receive web requests)

웹브라우저를 실행하여 localhost:9090을 입력하여 prometheus 홈페이지 확인
